More About Us

Co-Founder, CEO
René started Systex after living the ER experience firsthand, and deciding it had to be better. At Purdue, he founded Boilermaker Consulting Group and scaled it into a real organization running 7+ projects, then launched an entrepreneurial division supporting startups and funding outcomes. He’s stayed obsessed with operations: turning messy workflows into clear decisions through analytics, process design, and automation.
Before Systex, he worked in consulting and operations strategy for Fortune 500 companies, leading capacity and cost models, forecasting, KPI dashboards, and workflow automation that improved throughput. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue with minors in Management and Mathematics, and leads with urgency: tight feedback loops, strong product taste, and follow-through until it works.
Anthony is a builder with a competitor’s engine. He’s a software engineer and game developer with a habit of shipping clean, responsive systems and the kind of polish that makes tools feel natural from the first click. He’s built and released multiple apps and games, and he likes owning the whole stack end-to-end: core mechanics, UX, performance, and the finishing details that make a product feel effortless.
Outside of code, he competes physically too, placing 3rd in Men’s Physique (and 5th in Classic Physique) at his first bodybuilding show, same mindset, different arena. He built a real-time strategy game and AI-driven enemies, and he shares work around AI-in-games and agent behavior. He studied at LAU, and his standard is simple: build for speed and efficiency in the real world, where every second matters.
