The Story
Built after living the problem
We didn’t start Systex AI from a whiteboard idea, we started it after living the ER experience firsthand. I dislocated my shoulder, waited for hours, and realized something: it wasn’t broken because people didn’t care. It was broken because visibility and coordination were manual.
1. The Moment
I watched teams bounce between patients, systems, and constant updates, trying to practice medicine while also running operations. The waiting room kept growing, and no one had a reliable, real-time picture. Then I saw the documentation load: time spent typing what had just been said and done.
2. The Reality
After that, we spoke with ED teams and heard the same story everywhere. We’ve known each other since high school, and building this together felt obvious. We’re giving ER teams real-time clarity and taking admin work off their shoulders, starting with Systex Scribe and expanding into Flow and the ER operations.
3. The Idea
The people behind the work
Bringing together experience across engineering, operations, and healthcare
The Values
Building with care and delivering with discipline
Hospitals are complex environments. We show up, listen closely, and keep iterating until the product works for you, reliably and safely
Care, Not Just Code
Tiny bits of friction turn into big delays fast. We get deep into how your team actually work. Then we build around that, not around an “ideal workflow” that only exists in a demo.
Whatever it Takes
We don’t ship and disappear. We stay close through rollout, tuning, and the messy realities that show up in real shifts. If something isn’t working, we fix it with you until it does.
Fast by Default
We move in tight loops: build, test, ship, repeat. If something can be improved this week, we push it this week. Speed matters, because workflows change, edge cases show up, and the product has to keep up.
Let's build something!
We’d love to learn more about you and explore how we can work together
